The disaster led to <strong>severe<\/strong> <strong>flooding across Wajima City, Suzu City, and Noto Town<\/strong>, including <strong>damage to temporary housing and welfare facilities<\/strong>, forcing many residents\u2014still in the midst of recovery\u2014to once again lose their homes and livelihoods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response, <em>World in Peace<\/em> collaborated with local organizations to deliver <strong>720 body towels<\/strong> and <strong>1,800 units of emergency toilets<\/strong> to alleviate the difficulties caused by prolonged water outages. To reduce isolation and stress among residents in temporary housing, <em>World in<\/em> <em>Peace<\/em> partnered with <strong>NPO CONCENT<\/strong> to support community events such as <strong>magic shows, massage sessions, and paracord craft workshops<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These activities were designed to promote <strong>emotional healing and the<\/strong> <strong>restoration of community ties<\/strong>, contributing to both <strong>livelihood recovery<\/strong> <strong>and social well-being<\/strong> in the affected areas.
